These Terms of Use (Terms) govern your use of our website located at www.ringwoodpropertyservices.com.au (Website) and form a binding contractual agreement between you, the user of the Website and us, Ringwood Property Services Pty Ltd (CAN 124 129 577) in its capacity as trustee for the De Silva Family Trust (ABN 25 010 047 047)

• 1. LICENCE TO USE WEBSITE
  • 1.1 You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
  • 1.2 You agree that you must not add any content to the Website unless you hold a consent or licence to do so and, in any event, any content added must not:
    • (a) breach any law, regulation, rule, code or other ethical obligation;
    • (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any person;
    • (c) be considered to be obscene, defamatory, disparaging, indecent, offensive, pornographic, abusive, discriminatory, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy; or

    • (a) you have the legal capacity to enter these Terms;
    • (b) you have all necessary rights to grant the licences and consents set out in clause 2.2; and
    • (c) you have complied with clause 1.2.

  • 4.1 As indicated in clause 1.3(b), our Website may contain links to other websites. Unless stated otherwise, we do not control, endorse, sponsor or approve any such websites or any content on them, and we do not warrant or take responsibility for any aspect of those websites or their content.
• 5. LIABILITY
  • 5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude:
    • (a) all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the content of this Website and/or any use of this Website;

Additionally we do not accept any liability for any incidental or consequential damages in connection with this Website or the content published within it.

You further agree that communications to and from this Website are also at risk of being intercepted or altered in transit.   • 7.2 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason, the Terms shall remain otherwise in full force apart from such provisions which shall be deemed deleted.
  • 7.3 Each party must bear its own costs and do everything reasonably necessary to give full effect to these Terms and any events contemplated by it.
  • 7.4 This Agreement is governed by and construed according to the laws of Victoria and each party irrevocably and unconditionally submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
